These sessions combine HIIT, bodyweight movements, and light dumbbell work — perfect for anyone who wants a fast-paced, full-body blast without heavy lifting.

  • Monday – 6:00 PM

  • Thursday – 6:00 PM

  • Sunday – 9:00 AM
