Strength Training Core – LIFTING SUPERCLUB:

  • Monday – 6:30 PM

  • Thursday – 6:30 PM

  • Sunday – 9:30 AM

Bonus Sweat + Skill Sessions – Complimentary Courses (included FREE):

These can also be bought as a one off session or as a course on the membership page

  • Monday – 8:00 PM — Dancehall

  • Tuesday – 6:00 PM — Boxing

  • Wednesday – 5:30 PM — Mat Pilates

  • SWEAT FEST included too! (HIIT, bodyweight, and light dumbbell training – short, sharp, and sweaty.)
