BeginIT Programme
You're new to fitness and feeling lost? Or you're trying to get back into routine and want a refresher.
What we offer:
Three session 1-on-1 training programme
Begin-It is a one on one training programme designed to introduce beginners to gym and improve their form. Whether you are just starting, or you lifted for before, Begin-It will help you develop proper lifting technique.
Plus: FREE 6 week workout plan and ‘split with a friend’.

Sculpt & Sweat Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a great way to get started, these sessions are ofcused on fat burning and muscle toning using weightlifting. Whether youre new or getting back to it, this is a fantastic session to learnt to lift, meet some lifting girlies and enjoy the burn!
1-1 Personal Training
Get the support you need to achieve your fitness goals with our 1-1 Personal Training service. Our certified trainers will work with you to design a plan that is tailored to your unique needs and abilities. With our personalized attention and guidance, you'll be on your way to a healthier, more active lifestyle in no time.

Online Coaching
Transform your body with our online coaching program. We offer an initial online consultation to help you get started, followed by a personalized workout plan to help you reach your fitness goals. Our coaching also includes access to our exclusive WhatsApp group chat for ongoing support and motivation.
